MEMBERS ABSENT: None
The meeting was called to order at 10:29 a.m. by Chairperson
Davis.
The Interim Secretary announced that there were no changes to the
agenda.
The Interim Secretary announced that this was the time allotted
for public comments. Chairperson Davis inquired whether anyone
in the audience wished to address the Committee. No one
responded.
MINUTES
The Minutes of the Regular Industrial Development Authority
Meeting held December 6, 2011, are received and filed.
ORAL REPORTS
There were no oral reports.
There being no further business, at 11:06 a.m., it was moved by
McCormick and seconded by Maisano to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried.
