MEMBERS PRESENT: Davis, McCormick, Maisano, Ybarra
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
The meeting was called to order at 12:06 p.m. by Vice
Chairperson Davis.
The Secretary announced that there are no changes to the agenda.
The Secretary announced that this was the time allotted for
public comment. Vice Chairman Davis inquired whether anyone in
the audience wished to address the Commissioners. No one
responded.
MINUTES
It was moved by McCormick and seconded by Maisano, that the
Minutes of the Regular Vernon Housing Authority Meeting held May
1, 2012, be approved. Motion carried, 4-0.
RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution No. VHA-5 - A Resolution of the Board of
Directors of the Vernon Housing Authority of the City of
Vernon Setting the Date, Time and Place for Regular
Meetings of the Authority
It was moved by McCormick and seconded by Maisano to approve
Resolution No. VHA-5. Motion carried, 4-0.
At 12:07 a.m., it was moved by McCormick and seconded by Ybarra,
that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
