CITY OF VERNON HELD DECEMBER 9, 2014, IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE CITY HALL LOCATED AT
4305 SANTA FE AVENUE VERNON, CALIFORNIA
MEMBERS PRESENT: McCormick, Maisano, and Martinez
MEMBERS ABSENT: Davis
The meeting was called to order at 10:15 a.m. by Chairperson McCormick.
Chairperson McCormick announced that there are no changes to the agenda and that this was the
time allotted for public comment and inquired whether anyone in the audience wished to address
the Authority. No one responded.

3, 2013.
2. Minutes of the Special Joint Industrial Development Authority et al Meeting held
September 16, 2014.
It was moved by Maisano and seconded by Martinez to approve the above listed minutes.
Motion carried, 3-0.
