That I am the City Clerk of the City of Vernon and that a copy of the Notice of
Cancelation and Rescheduling, as set forth above, was posted at a conspicuous place, the bulletin
board located at the main entrance of the City Hall, and near the door of the City Hall Council
Chamber, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, Vernon California and on the City’s website.
