BENEFITS RESOURCES COMMITTEE ADJORNS ITS MEETING IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBER, LOCATED AT 4305 SANTA
FE AVENUE, VERNON, CALIFORNIA
MEMBERS PRESENT: Davis, Woodruff-Perez, Martinez, Ybarra, and Lopez
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
President Davis called the meeting to order at 10:49 a.m.
City Clerk Maria Ayala announced that there were no changes to the agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Chairperson Davis announced that this was the time allotted for public comment and inquired whether anyone in the audience wished to address the Committee. The public will also be given a chance to comment on matters which are on the posted agenda during Committee deliberation
on those specific matters.

1. Minutes of the Regular Board of Library Trustees meeting held on June 2, 2015
It was moved by Martinez and seconded by Ybarra to approve Minutes of the Regular Board of
Library Trustees Meeting held June 2, 2015. Motion carried, 5-0.

2. Brief reports on activities, other brief announcements, and directives to staff.
With no further business, Chairperson Davis adjourned the meeting at 10:50 a.m.
