Request from the Director of Community Services & Water for approval of and authorization to execute the following change orders at the stated amounts: 1.Change Order No. One to the contract with PIC Environmental Services in the not to exceed amount of $35,000.00 for additional oversight, sampling, and planning services in connection with the environmental cleanup of contaminated soil at 5119 District Boulevard for Contract No. 602. 2.Change Order No. One to the contract with General Pump Company in the amount of $36,370.82 for Well No. 9 pump testing, downwell flow profiling, and depth sampling.
