INFORMATIONAL SESSION
Under the California Public Records Act, any records not exempt from
disclosure that relate to an agenda item for the open session portion

negotiations with potential developers of Red Rock
Wind Property.
Health & Environmental Control
A. Update of the Annual Vernon Police Department Jail
Inspection. Inspection Reports are available in the
Health Department.
Community Services & Water
A. Timeline for the installation of the graphics on the
City's Graffiti Abatement Truck.
Light & Power
A. Post 2017 Hoover Power Contract and proposed amendment
to the Hoover Power Allocation and renewal of Hoover
Contracts for 50 years through 2067. Staff will be
seeking direction from the City Council regarding a
support letter for the legislative effort.
Risk Management
A. Proposed increase on Ca1PERS Long Term Care
Benefits Premiums for 2010.
B. Potential Modifications to the City's purchasing and
settlement procedures, including City Administrator's
purchasing and contracting authority, Department Heads'
contracting authority, and Risk Manager's settlement
authority and authority to reject claims for damages.
