REPORTS
1. Report on progress of organization efforts by Vernon
Fireman's Association.
The Vernon Fireman's Association has presented a petition
for organization to the City's Municipal Employee
Relations Representative ("MERR"). The MERR and the City
Attorney will report on this process and the current
status of the petition.

RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon
approving Amendment No. 1 to the Employment Agreement
between the City of Vernon and Rory Burnett
This amendment to the employment agreement would clarify
that the base salary set forth in Mr. Burnett's contract
is for full time employment and extend the term of the
agreement by approximately two weeks to coincide with the
anniversary date of Mr. Burnett's commencement of work.
2. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon
approving a professional services agreement between the
City of Vernon and Tara Energy Inc. for energy consulting
services related to city's utility and energy system
This contract with Tara Energy Inc. is for the
professional services of Donal O'Callaghan to provide
specialized expertise in connection with the City's Light
and Power enterprise.
