Approving a Budget for the Fiscal Year 2011-2012
2 . Consider a conditional use permit for AT&T Mobility for the
operation of a telecommunication facility.
a. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon
Granting a Condition of Use Permit to AT&T Mobility for
the Operation of a Telecommunication Facility located at
5503 Boyle Avenue
3. Consider the City' s conformance with the criteria in the
Congestion Management Program.
a. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon
Finding the City of Vernon to be in Conformance with the
Congestion Management Program (CMP) and Approving and
Adopting the CMP Local Development Report, in Accordance
with California Government Code Section 65089

b. Approval of Payroll Warrant Register No . 662, totaling
$2, 663, 740 . 09, which covers the period of June 19
through July 16, 2011, and consists of the following:
1 . Ratification of electronic fund transfers (EFTS)
totaling $2, 630, 369 . 17; and
2 . Checks paid through General Fund Warrant
Register totaling $33, 370 . 92 .
c. Approval of City Warrant Register No . 1341, totaling
$672, 017 . 29, which covers the period of July 26
through August 8, 2011, and consists of the following:
1 . Ratification of wire transfers totaling
$47, 293 . 02; and
2 . Ratification of the issuance of early checks
totaling $284, 568 . 98; and
3. Authorization to issue pending checks totaling

maintenance agreement with Facilities Protection
Systems, executed by the Director of Community

renewal for said agreement in order to extend the
services for one year, beginning July 1, 2011 .
b. Authorization to purchase emergency equipment for two
Black & White units from OTA Communications, LLC for
the Police Department .
c. Authorization to purchase (10) DK-I-8 Custom Amrel
Rugged Tablet Computers and related equipment from
Wireless Mobiledata, Inc. for the Fire Department .
