Council deny the October 4, 2012, claim for
damages of Bruce Malkenhorst, Sr. , in which he
seeks from Vernon the amount of any pension
reduction by CalPERS as well as attorney' s fees
for his proceedings against CalPERS .

ratified by the City Council .
