An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Oi ty of Vernon,. county of Los Angeles, State of california~ was
held on the 5th day of March 1915, at 8 0' clock
P. M. of said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in
said Oity of Vernon, whioh said plaoe is the plaoe fixed by ordi-
nance for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adjournment from the regular meeting held the 2nd day of
Karch

There were present at suoh meeting Trustees, Furlong and Kniffin.
There were absent from such meeting Trustee, Leonie, Stevens and
Durbin.

There being no quorum, there was no business transacted
and the meeting adjourned to meet again on Tuesday the 9th ~ay of
