from Alameda street to Santa Fe A venue, as per Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 131 adopted Sept. 1, 1914 and no witnesses being produced
on behalf of all persons appealing, and after having carefully in-
vestigated the character of the work and the assessment, and having
taken the said matter under consideration, and after due delibera-
tion thereon, the Board of Trustees of said city do hereby resolve
as follows:
That the said appeals and each of them are hereby overruled
and in all things denied and the Superintendent of Streets' assess-
ment, warrant and diagram for said work is hereby confirmed and
approved.
Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon on
this 15th day of May, 1915. "
Thereupon said RESOLUTION No. 142 was regularly and duly adopted
and the President of the Board then and there signed said Resolution.
Thereupon the meeting adjourned.
