ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING.
An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Oity of Vernon, county of Los Angeles, State of california; was
held on the 23rd day of November un 5 I at 2 0 I olock
P. M. of said day at the regular meeting place of said Boa.rd in
said City of Vernon, which sa.id place is the place fixed byordi-
nance for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adjournment from the regular meeting held the 16thday of
November 1915,
There were present at such meeting Trustees, Furlong and Kniffin
There were absent from such meeting Trustee, Durbin, stevens and
Leonis
President Trustee
presiding.

1915, were: laid over.
There was no business transacted exoept the Clerk stated to the
',members present that this was the day at which bids were to be received
for the improvement of the South end of Santa Fe Avenue, by virtue
of a notice to Co.tractors given in accordance with Resolution No. 145,
adopted on the 27th day of October, 1915.
The members of the Board who were present remained at the City
Hall at which bids were to be received from 2 o'clock P.X. on this
day continuously to 4:30 o'clock P.M. of the same day and no bids were
received.
Thereupon the meeting adjourned for
a quorum.
