An adj ourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees ot the
Oity of Vernon, county of Los Angeles, State ot california. was
held on the 10th day of October 191 6 I at 2 0 I clock
P. M. of said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in
said Oity of Vernon, which said place is the place fixed by ordi-
nance for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adjournment from the regular meeting held the 3rd day of
October 1916 , .
