ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING.
An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees o~ the
City of Vernon, county of Los Angeles, State of california, was
held on the 8th day of November 1916 I at 2 0' clook
P. M. of said day at the regular meeting plaoe of said Board in
said Oity of Vernon, whioh said plaoe is the plaoe fixed by ordi-
nanoe for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adj ournment from the regular meeting held the 17th day of Ootober
1916 ,
There were present at suoh meeting Trustees, Furlong and
Kniffin.
There were absent from suoh meeting Trustee, stevens, Leonis
and Durbin.

1916, were: laid over.
Tuesday, the 7th day of November, 1916 being a legal holiday by
virtue of its being General Eleotion Day, and said 7th day of Novemar,
1916 being the first Tuesday in the month and the regu~ meeting time
for the Board of Trustees, the meeting of the Board held on the
17th day of Ootober, 1916, by virtue of the law and the ordinanees of
the City of' Vernon was duly and regUlarly adjourned to the Bth day
of November, 1916 by reason of November 7th, 1916 being a legal holiday
as aforesaid.
