City of Vernon~ county of Los Ange1es~ State of california. was
held on the 25th day of July 191'7 I at 4 0' clock
P. M. of said day at the regular meeting plaoe of said Board in
said City of Vernon~ whioh said p1aoe is the place fixed by ordi-
nanoe for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adjournment from the regular meeting held the l'7th day of
July, 191 '1;.
There were present at such meeting Trustees~ Furlong, Durbin,
stevens, Leonis and Kniffin.
There were absent from suoh meeting Trustee~ None.
