ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING.

An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Oity of Vernonl county of Los Angelesl State of california, was
held on the 6th day of August 1917, at 3 0 I clook
P. M. of said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in
said City of Vernon, which said place is the place fixed by ordi-
nance for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adj ournment from the ~e~eeting held the 26th day of July
1917 ,
There were present at such meeting Trusteesl Furlong, Durbin,
stevens, Kniffin and City Attorney Williams.
There were absent from such meeting Trusteel Leonis.
Th~ minutes of the meeting , held on July 26th
1917 , were: laid over.
Thereupon Ordinance No. 186, entitled "An Ordinance
fixing the amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation upon
taxable property in the City of Vernon, as a revenue to carryon
the various departments in said City for the current year, not to
exceed the limit fixed by law and to pay the bonded or other
indebtedness of said City" was read the second time and was
adopted.
Thereupon the meeting adjourned
