An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees ot the
City of Vernon, county of Los Angeles, State of california. was
beld on the 3rd day of September 1917, at 2 0 I clock:

P. M. of said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in
said Oity of Vernon, which said place is the place fixed by ordi-
nance for regular meetings of said Board to be held, pursuant to
adj ournment from the regular meeting held the 22nd day of
August 1917 ,

There were absent from suoh meeting Trustee,
President Trustee presiding.
Th~ minutes of the meeting , held on August 22nd,
191 7, were: laid over.
Mon,ay, September 3rd, being "Labor Day" and a State legal
holiday, the meeting was adjo1'11!ned to meet on Tuesday, September
4th, 1917, it being the regular meeting day of the Board.
