A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the city of
Vernon~ Oounty of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 4th day of February , 1919, at 2 0'c10ok P. M. of
said day at the regular meeting p1aoe of said Board in said city
of Vernon, whioh said time and p1aoe is the time and p1aoe fixed by
ordinanoe for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.
There were present at suoh meeting Trustees, J. J. Furlong.
There were absent from suoh meeting Trustee, Leonis, Stevens,
Kniffin and Durbin.
