REGULAR MEETING.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the city of
Vernon~ Oounty of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 18th day of February ,191 9 I at 2 0 I clock P. M. of
said day at the regular meeting plaoe of said Board in said city
of Vernon, whioh said time and plaoe is the time and plaoe fixed by
ordinanoe for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.
There were present at suoh meeting Trustees, Leonis, Durbin
and Furlong.
There were absent from such meeting Trustee, stevens and Kniffin,
President Trustee
J. J. Furlong
presiding.
The minutes of the meeting
held on December 17th, 1919.
191 I were: read by the Clerk,
and upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, were approved.
Upon motion of Trustee Durbin, seconded by Trustee Leonis,
and oarried by the following vote. to-wit; Ayes; Trustees Leonis,
Durbin and Furlong, Noes; Trustees none, Absent; Trustees Stevens
and Kniffin, City Treasurer Scheider was authorized to deposit
with Industrial Commercial & Savings Bank, upon receipt of proper
security. $19,000.00 of City's General Fund money on deposit at
Merchants National Bank, Los Angeles.
Financial reports on City of Vernon, made by City Clerk, for
months of December 1918, and January 1919, read by the Clerk, and

referred to the Finance Committee.
The folloWing demands were presented to the Board for approval
and payment:

Upon motion of Trustee Leonis, seconded by Trustee Durbin,
all of said demands in the total of $2129.24 were approved and
ordered paid, by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Durbin, Leonis and Furlong.
Hoes: Trustees none.
Absent: Trustees Kniffin and Stevens.
Thereupon City Engineer Howard IIcCurdy presented map of
Tract No. 3347 for approval. Upon motion of Trustee Durbin, seconded
by Trustee Leonis, and carried by the following vote, said map
was approved:
Ayes: Trustees Leonis, Durbin and Furlong.
Noes: Trustees None.
Absent: Trustees Stevens and Kniffin.
