REGULAR MEETING.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 16 day of BOT .1921 ,191, at 2 0 I clock P. M. of
said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in said City
of Vernon, which said time and place is the time and place fixed by
ordinance for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.

Minutes of the meeting of Bov.15.1921 at 9;30 A.M.
An ordinance being an ordinance regulating the Eeeping and licensing
of Dogs in the City of Vernon was read for the first time.
The Application of Mrs.Martinelli for a permit to operate a small
portable lunch stand was read and upon motion duly made and seconded was
approved with the understanding that Mrs.Martinelli be instructed that
she must personally run said stand and that her license shall be
revolkable by the Police Department at any time that said stand shall
not meet with any and all requirements of said police department.

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES HEREBY RESDDVE:-
That the sum of $116.000.00 no. in the Fire proteotion fund of the
City of Vernon,be and is hereby ordered transferred to the General
Fund of the City of Vernon.The Treasurer is hereby authorized to draw
his warrent therefore in favor of the General Fund of the City of Vernon
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution.as passed and
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon at a regular
meeting thereof duly and regularly held on the 16th day of November
1921.
