Motion duly made, seconded and carried that this complaint be refered to the Police Dapartment. ORDIN.~CE Granting to the GilmQ~. Oil Co a franchise for a pipe line NO. 303.. system in the City of Vernon was read and upon motion duly made seconded and carried passed the first reading. RESOLUTION NO. 293... Accepting grant deed from Geo. E. Martin & Lydia Martin, on property located on East 38th street. RESOLUTION NO. 291{-.. Accepting grant deed from Albert Levy and Anna Levy on property lacated on East 38thbStreet.
