ADJOURBED
REGULAR MEETING.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 21st day of February , 1912.4, at 2 0' clock P. M. of
said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in said City
of Vernon, which said time and place is the time and place fixed by
ordinance for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.
There were present at such meeting Trustees,
Darbiu, Leouis, Kuiffiu & Furloug
There were absent from such meeting Trustee,
Hornaday
President Trustee J.J.Furlong presiding.
The minutes of the meeting, held on
February 19th

Motion waa duly made, seconded and carried that the Water Works Improve-
ment Bonds and Fire Alarm Syst<<m Bonds be sold th the R.H.Moulton & Com.
Application for permissi€m submitted by the Fifty-first Str_,et Improvemct
Committee to improve East Fifty-first Street between Alameda & Santa Fe
Ave, by private contract was read and approved. Said work to be complied
with as stated in Ordinance # 222. ef the City of Vernon.

Of the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon, awarding the
Contract for the improvement described in resolution of Iut.
number 295, towit Audrey Street.
Of the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon, awarding the
Coutract for the work and improvement described in resolution
of intention number 299, to.it St.Charles Street.

Application for an excavation permit by the L.A.Railway Company to make
excavation in south side efVernon Ave., 22 ft west of Sante Fe Ave., was
read and granted.
Application for ah excavation permit by tn.- Southern Californai Gas Co.,
to lay gas maililin alley east from Santa ~ eAve ne1lr E. 57th Street.,
was read and granted.
Application for a building permit by the L.A.Paving Company for a
dwelling at East 37th Street & Boyle Ave., fer quarters for w~tchmen,
was read and granted.
Application for a building permit by ~.F.Smith for a work shop located
at 2312 Esat 37th Street was tead and granted.
There being no further business the m.eting adjourned.
