A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held

said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in said City
of Vernon, which said time and place is the time and place fixed by
ordinance for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.

The Clerk notified the Board that this was the day, hour and place fixed
pursuant to statute and notice given for the hearing en the assessment fer
the improvement of portions ef Audrey., Stri)et and liawthorne Avenae. as con-
templated DY Resolation of Intention lio. 295 and also reported to.:;the Beard
that no written objections er appeals had been filed in his office ap to the
day set for the hearing. The President of bhe Board asked if there were any
interested persons present desiring to be heard, and nQ objections being
presented c~nd the Beard having seen satisfied with the correctness of the
assessment, thereupon motion made by Trustee Durbin, seconded by Trustee
Leonis, the said assessment was confirmed by the affirmative vote of all memb~
present.
The Clerk notified the Board that this was the day, hour andpla~e fixed pur-
suant to statute and notice given for the hearing on the assestlment for bhe
improvement of portions of East Tvlenty-seventh Street as. contemplated by
Resolution of Intention No. ~67 and also reported to the Board tfiat no writts
objections or appeals had been filed in his effice up to the day set for the
hearing. The President ef the .Board asked if there were any interested person;
present desiring to be heard, and no objections being presented and the Board
having been satisfied with the correctness of the assessment,thereupon, ap0n
moti0n of Trustee DurDin, seconded by Trustee Leonis, the said Assessment was
confirmed DY the affirmative vote of all menbers present.

a real estate office at 59th & Santa .e Ave was read and granted.
