REGULAR MEETING.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 3rd day of February , 19~5, at :00 0' clock i. M. of
said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in said City
of Vernon, which said time and place is the time and place fixed by
ordinance for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.
There were present at such meeting Trustees,
J.J,Fuelong. Leonis. Kniffin. Durbin and Levy
There were absent from such meeting Trustee,
None
President Trustee
presiding.

The minutes of the meeting, held on January 20th. and the adjourned

Ord: An Ordinance calling an election to be held on the 27th day of Jebruary,
~ 1926. and submitting to the qualified voters of the City of ~er~on, the
proposition of incurring ab~nded debt as set forth in said 'Ordinance was
read for the first reading. "rt was moved by Mr. Leonis and seconded by Levy
that said ordinance be passed for the first reading. Motion carrieduy the
following vote:
Ayes: J.J.Furlong
P.J.Durbin
R. Levy
J.B.Leonis
J.W.Kniffin
Bayes: Bone.
fee: Resolution No. 346 was read. A resolution approving the action of the Boa.*d
~6 and appointing Franklin G. French City Treasurer of the City of Vernon was
read. Moved by Durbin. seconded by Levy the resolution No. 346 be adopted.

Demands against the City Treasurer am ounting to $4760.50 were read. Moved by
Leonis, seconded by Levy that the de_ends be allowed and warrants drawn for the
amount and be distributed as follows:
$ 767.60 to be taten from the general fund and $ 3988.00 to be taken
from the construotion fund. Motion oarried.
It was moved by Leonis and seconded by Levy that this meeting be adjourned until
Fe.nary.,", 1926 at 9 o'clock A.M. Motion carried.
