ADJOURHED
REGULAR MEETING.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 20th day of March , 19~5 , at J.8l 0' cloc~ P. M. of
said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in said City
of Vernon, which said time and place is the time and place fixed by
ordinance for regular meetings of the said Board to be held.
There were present at such meeting Trustees,
Furlong. Kniffin. Durdin and Levy
There were absent from such meeting Trustee,
.Leonis
President Trustee J.J.Furlong presiding.
The minutes of the meeting, held on February 26th, March 2nd, 3rd.
4th 10th nd 17th 19L5, were: read.

It was moved by Durbin. seconded by Levy that the minutes be approved
as read. Motion carried.
It was moved by Durbin. and seconded by Levy. that all bids heretofore
received for the purchase of $150,000. Sewer District Bonds of the City
of Vernon be rejected and all checks and bonds be returned to the
respective bidders. Motion carried.
It was moved by Durbin and seconded by ~evy that the $150.000. Sewer
District Bonds be sold at private sale.~Motion carried.
At this time the City Clerk reported that he had received a private bid
from one F.E.Burger, wherein the said bidder, bid par and accrued intere~
from March 1st, 1925 to the date of delivery of the bonds, together
with a premium of l6,375.00
It was moved by Durbin and seconded by Levy that the bid sUJmittedby
F .E.Burger be accepted and the bonds be sold to hirl at the price mentionei
in the bid. Motion carried.
It was moved by Durbin and seconded by Levy that the meeting adjourn until
March 24th, 1925 at 10 A.M. Motion carried.
