REGULAR MEETING.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, and State of California, was held
on the 14th day of July , 19125, at J2) 0 I clock tf. M. of
said day at the regular meeting place of said Board in said City
of Vernon, which said time and place is the time and place fixed by
ordinance for regular meetings of the said Board tp be held.
There were present at such meeting Trustees,
Durbin, Levy ,Furlong.
There were absent from such meeting Trustee,
Leonis, and Kniffin
President Trustee J.J.Furlong

July 7th 1925
This being the day and hour to open bids for furniture for the new municipal
building the City Clerk was instructed to read bids received.
The bid submitted by the Automatic Seating Co., was opened and read.
The bid submitted by Barker Boos., was opened and read.
The Bid submitted by J.D.Sherer & Sons for the construction of six tables
was opened and read.
The bid of the Ruckel" Fuller J,Jesk Co., was opened and read.

A mODion was made by Levy andseeonded by Durbin that the bids be submitted
to R.D.King the Architect for checking and report. Motion carried.
Application No. 605; submitted by Mary Roach for a building permit was
read.

It was mftved by Levy and seconded by Durbi~ that the application submitted
by Mary oach be filed and permit be granted. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned until the regular
