Moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that J.B.Leonis be appointed Chairman
pro-tern for this mecting. Motion carried.

The Trustees present were:
Levy, Durbin and Leonis.
The Trustees absent were:
Furlong and Kniffin.
At this time the City Engineer reported that W.A.Benja.'11in Electric Company
was the lowest responsible bidder on the switch board and recommended that all
bids be rejected for the furnishing of the sitch board except the bid of
of W.A.13enjamin Electric Company and that they be awarded the contract.
Moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy that the recommendation of the City
Engineer be concurred in. tioD carried.
The following applications for building permits were read.
Application No. E561, being an application by William v. Willard.
Application No. 662, Being an application of the United Dressed Beef Co.
Application No. 665, being an application of the Watkins Co.
Application No. 670, being an application of the L.A.PavL:g Co.
Moved by Levy ~d seconded by Durbin, that the above applications be fi,led
