The meetipg was called to order by the President,
J. J. Furlong, at 8 otclock P. M.
The Trustees present 'Here: Furlong and L.eonis.
The Trustees absent were: Kniffin, Levy and Durbin.
There were not sufficient members of said Board of
Trustees present to constitute a quorum, therefore
It was moved by Leonis and seconded by Furlong that
the meeting adjourn until February 23, 1927, at 8 o"clock P. M.
