The meeting YlaS called to. order by the President.

The Trustees present y;ere: Durbin and Furlong.
l'11e Trustees ~bsent were: Leanis, Levy and Kniffin.
The Chairman annaunced that this was the time and place
fixed J!Ul'suant to natice far the apening af the bids far the
canstructian of the Sota Street Bridge. He painted aut the
fact that there was nat a quarum present, but requested the
City Clerk to. open the bids.
Bids were received fram the fallowing firms: W. M.
Ledbetter Be Campany, Lynch-Cannan Engineering Compa.ny, :Narth
Pacific Canstructian Campany, Sydney Smith. and S. M. Kerns.
Again the cha..irman called attentian t a the fact that
there wa.s not a. quarum present and that no. act ian c auld be
taken on the bids, and that they be laid over until the
first regular meeting to be held in August, to.-wit: August
1, 1927, and requested the City Engineer to. make a. repo.rt
thereo.n at such time.
It was maved by Fur1o.ng and seconded by Durbin that the
meet ing adj aurn. :Mo.tian carried.
