It was moved by Durbin and seconded by Leonis tha.t

The City Clerk announced that this was the time and
place for the reorganizing of the Couneil pursuant to the
motion made on April 16th.
It wa.s moved by Durbin a.nd seconded by Leonis that
J'. J'. Furlong be elected Mayor of the City. 1fotion carried.

ORDINANCE !IO. 410: An Ordinance regulat ing the aonstruction and
-.intenanee of garages" filling stations and service stations
within the C-ity o.f Vernon. was read for a second reading.
It was mO'ved by Levy and seconded 'by Durbin that- Ordi-
nance NO'. no be passed fO'r second reading. Motion carried..
OBDINAl\fCE NO. no: An Ordinance regula.ting the construe-tion
and maintenance of garages. filling stations and service sta.tions
within the City of Vernon.. was read for a. third and. final reading.
