At this time Counci1man Durbin introduced RESOLUTION NO. 535: A resolution of the Ciut Counci1 of the C:ity of Vernon. a.warding the contract for the work a.m:.d improve- ment described in Reso1ution of Intention No. 533. and moved its a.doption, which was seconded by Leonis and carried..
