second reading.
It wa.s moved by Durbin, seconded by Leonis, tha.t
Ordinance No. 440 be pa.ssed for second r-eading. Motion
carried.
ORDINANCE No. 440, an Ordinance of the Ci t.y of
Vernon, graFtin~ to. the Atchison, 1'opeka &: Santa Fe Rail-
way Company~Hiih~Slpur track across East 26th Street, to
serve the property of the Filtrol Company, was read for
third and final reading.
It was moved by Durbin, seconded by Leonis, that
Ordinance No. 440 be pa.ssed for third and final reading.

understa.nding that no gasoline trucks would be stared in
