It was moved by Durbin, sec-onded by Martin, that
the r'eading of the Minutes of the previous meeting be dis-

At this time the City Clerk announced that, pur-
suant to Notice Inviting Sealed J?roPQsal.s or Bids for the

At this time the City Clerk opened and publicly

referred to the City Engineer for checking and repor't at
a.n a.djourned meeting to be held Wednesda.y, April 8, 1931,
