r-eading o.f the Minutes of the previous meeting be dispensed
with. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE NO. 445, an ordinance granting franchise
to the Union Pacific Company for spur track across Downey
Road wa.s read for first reading.
It wa.s moved by Durbin, seconded by Martin, that
the same be passed for first r'eading. Motion carried.
