City Engineer be allCM'sd to work his men overtime, but tha.t
the ra.te af pay should not exceed the amount per hour tha.t.

A.t this time the City Engineer requested the City
Council to fix an amount charged for the turning on of wner
for ra.nChing.
It was moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that the
matter be r"derred to the Wa.ter & PO'lfer Committee, with p.awer
to act. Motion carried.
A.t this time the City Attorney request-ed the City
Council to employ E. R. Young as. spec:ial counsel to assist him.

the drawing of the contract with. the successful eontracttor
when the same is awarded.

tion for assis.ting the City A.ttorney, to be approved. by the
