At this time Councilman Leonis informed the Council
that he had an oral request from Kr. Arthur llldri4ge., membe2"
of t.he Board of l'ublic Works, at Loa Angeles, asking Xr.
Leonis to bring befo,re this: Council the proposition of the
city dumping n~ambuatible rubbish within the city. After
soma discussiQn, it was mov ad. by Levy, seaonded. by llartln,

informing him tbat it woldd ba in vio1.at ion of one of' the
City's health ordinances passed at the reques.t of the pack-
