It was ma.ved by Martin, see-onded.. by Durbin.. tb&t the City Clerk proceed to open a.nd read the b.id. llotion carried. The City Clerk then opened and read the bid of the Kimball-Kr-agh Pump Company. Said .bid was referred to the City Engineer for aha-eking and, atter chec.king same, the City Engineer recommended that the eont~t be ..arded to the Kimball-Krogh Pump Company.
