It was moved by Marlin, seconded by Durbin.. the;t.
the reading of the Minutes of the previous meeting be dis-
pensed with. Motion c:~rled.
At thi,s time the City Clerk announced that he had
ona bid upon his desk, pursuant to na.tiee. advertising for
bids for the furnishing of wa.ter well p.ump equipment.
It was ma.ved by Martin, see-onded.. by Durbin.. tb&t
the City Clerk proceed to open a.nd read the b.id. llotion
carried.
The City Clerk then opened and read the bid of
the Kimball-Kr-agh Pump Company. Said .bid was referred to
the City Engineer for aha-eking and, atter chec.king same,
the City Engineer recommended that the eont~t be ..arded
to the Kimball-Krogh Pump Company.
It waa moved by 'Martin, seconded by Durbin, that
the rea.ommenda.tion of the City Engineer be eoncur-red in and
that t.he Clontrac.t for the furnishing' of the water wel~ pump
