Councilman Durbin introduc.ed RESOLUTION NO. 690, ... Resolution approving Spec.ifica..tions No. 51, and. moved its adoption, which wa.s secol1ded by Counc ilman Leonis, and carried. Councilman. Durbia introduced RESOLUTION NO. 691, a. Resolut ion declaring the prevailing rate per diem wages for ~a.bor to be tierformed in the furnishing, inata.ll.ing and de- l.ivering at ten steel stacks, described in Specifications Ro.
