City Engineer reported. to the City Council that in his opinion it would be far the best interest of the city and the convenience ~ it~ citizens that al.1. the superv isili1g offices should be in the City Hall and tha"t the warehousing of all electric equipment should be at or near the City Hall so that same CQuld be under the direct superv ision o.f the City Engineer's office, a.nd that the distribution of electricity to the citizens ill' Vernon could be more economica.lly hand.led in this man- ner; and suggested that the City should buy additioual property adJ oining the City Hall grQunds.
