in the name of the City to pay the sum of $3Z,6U..59, a.nd
imroduced Resolution Wo. 706, a Resolution accepting the
deed.

At this time the City Engineer annou.naed that Hoavea
Owens Rentaehl.er Company was entitled to additional. time to
compl.ete its contr'act upon the engines and geuera-t ors for
the City, owing to the fact that the delay in c.ompletiug the
eontrac.t \!taB no fault of the eomractor, and recommended that
it be al10wed ninety days from date to comp1ete the contraet..
