Communlcat ion from Fidelity and Casua,1ty Company, granting extension of insurance binder dated Apr'il 25, 1933, to llay 1.3, 1933, was read. RESOLUTION NO. 729, a resolution a.pproving speci- ficat ions f'or 'the furnishing and erect ing of a fence around t.he power p1a.nt t wa.s: l'ntroduced by Counc iIman Levy. Hav ing the approval of the Committee on Water & Power, it wa.s moved by Levy, seconded by Peralta, that the Res01ution be adopted. Kot ion carried. It was moved by Levy, seconded by Peruta, that the City C1erk be instructed to advertise for biids for the f~- nishing and erecting of the materials set forth in said specifioations for a fence around the pa<<er pla.nt. Kotion carried.
