Report of the Fire Department on building ~lica- tion ~4~, of Vernon Potter-lea, Ltd., for permit to e additioll to existing buil.diag, was read, wherein the Fire Department recommended that the app11cation be granted. At this time the City Engineer recommended tbat all bids for the furnishing of fuel 011 for the city's power plant be rej ect ed. It waa moved by Durbin, seaoDdec1 by Peral.ta, that the rec.ommend&.tion of the City Engineer be concurred in and that all bids be rejected a.nd the Clerk authariz.ed to return all bidden' cheaD.
