The meet iug was cal1ed to order by the Mayor,
J". ;T. Furlong.
Counoilmen present: Furlong, Leonis, Durbin,
Levy, Peralta
Councilmen absent: None
It Was moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that the
reading of the lUnutes of the prev ious meet ing be dispensed
with. ][ot ion carried.
Agreement submitted by Atchison, Topeka. & Santa. Fe
Railway, covering guy stub and anchor and power line near
26th and Downey Road, waa read.
It wa.s moved by Levy. seconded by Durbin, that the
same be referred to the City Attorney and .Power Committee.
Motion carried.

It was moved by Leonis, seconded by Durbin, that the
