At this time the City Attorney a.nnounced that the 'Petrol. aorporat ion, a corporation furniShing fuel oil ta the City of Vernon, had filed an ac.t ion against the City to re- cover far fu.el oi1 all.eged to have been furnished the City without. payment, and requested that the City em];)loy I. R. Young to &asist him in the defense of sa.id action. It was moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that E. R. Young be empl.oyed to assist the City Attorney in the defense of an a.ct ion brought against the City by the Petrol CorpoJIaticm and that the said E. R.
