reading of the Minutes of the previous meet ing be dispen.aed..
with. Motion carried.

petitioning the vacation, closing up and.. abandoning of that
portion of old East 26th Stneet extending from the east line
of Soto Street to the southwesterly line of new Eaat 20th
Street, _as read.
It was moved by Levy, seconded by Durbin, that the

It was moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that the
communication be filed a.nd permit granted. Motion carried.

Street to the Met ropol.itan Dump, was read.
It was moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that the
same be referred to the City Clerk for reply. )(otion car-
