reading of the Minutes of the pi.'evious meeting be dispensed
w'ith. Motion carried.
RES.OLU'rIOH 1(0. 762, a resolution ab01ishing the
off"ice of" C1.erk of the Wa'ter Department was r'ead.
It was moved by Dtttbin, seconded by Levy, that Reaol.u-
'lion No. '62 be adopted. Motion carried.
RIlSOLUTIOl'l NO. 763, a. resol:ut ion changing the saJ..a:ry
of the off'lee of Secr'etary of the Fire Department from $15.00
per :month to $25.00 per month, was read.
It was moved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that Beso1.u-
'lion B'o. 763 be adopted. Jlotion carried.
ORD~ANcg BO.484, an ordinance amending Section 14 of
Ordinance 110. 461., was read for sec ond read:ing.
It was ntoved by Durbin, seconded by Levy, that
Ordinaace No. 484 be r'eferred to the Water Be Power Committee
for further study. Motion carried.

It was moved by Leonis, seconded by Levy, that the
same be referred to the Yinance Committee. :Motion carried.
RESOLUTION NO. 765, a resolution appoi.nting T. M.
McComb as Chief Engineer of the City. s electric power plant,
at a salary of $363.00 per month, beginning dune 1., 1935,
and rescindmg previous act ion taken in re:terenee to the
said employment of 1'. M. McComb, was read.

Report of the Police Department was read.
