Communic~tion from Axelson Manufacturing Company, requeet ing permission to grade and curb the un~pr'oved portion of Randol.ph Street and Boyle Avenue to the end of office building, Was read. Report of Los Angeles Ra.ilway C,ompany on Franchise Ordinance No. 91., with check in the sum of '232.28 attached, was ltead. It was moved by Durbin, seconded by PeraLta, that the communicat ions be fi1ed and permits granted. Motion car- ried. Report of the Vernon Industrial Development Asao- ciat ion for the per-io.d ending 6-30-35 was read. It was moved by Durbin, seconded by PeJ:-al.t.a.. that the same be fi1ed. Motion carried. Report of the Police Department was r'ead. It wae moved by Leanie, seconded by Durbin, that the report be filed. Mot ion carried. Report: of the Police Depar'tment on the applicat ian of Carrie G. Rocbtroth, for' permit to conduct restaurant at 21.00 East Vernon A.venue., was read. The police Department recommended that the applicat ion be. granted. It was moved by Leonie, seconded by Durbin, that the recommendat ion of the Police De.partment be concurred in.
