Councilmen present: FuJ:olong, Leonis, Durbin, Levy, Peralta Councilmen absent: None It Vias moved byuDurbiri, seconded by Peralta, that the reading' of the M11'l;u.tesot the previous meeting be dis- pensed with. Motion carried. Ae this time the Clerk announced that he had on his desk bids for deep Vlell water pump. It was moved by Durbiri, seconded by Levy, that the Clerk open the bids. Motion carried. At this t1Jne the Clerk announced that he. had on his desk bids for the construction of a 25,000 barrel water tank. It was moved by LeV'! ,seconded by' Durbin, that the Clerk open the bids. Thallmer, Citr Engineer, toac~ept storm drain workcompl&ted'bYlti-ke Radich and C. T. Brown, and the payment of $9354.00, which represents 50 per cent payment to be made on acceptance, was read.
