It was moved by Furlong; seconded by Scheider that Mr. E.R. Peralta act as Mayor Pro Tempore. Motion carried. The Mayor Pro Tempore,E.R. Peralta then called'the meeting to order and proceded with the regular order of business. It was moved by Furlong, seconded by Scheider that the Minutes of the previous meeting be approved without reading.
